El mobile coffee kiosk será una pieza central del proyecto, presente en eventos, activaciones y espacios cuidadosamente seleccionados. Responsabilidades • Liderar el funcionamiento diario del mobile coffee kiosk, • Preparación de cafés, matcha y bebidas, • Atención al cliente y creación de una experiencia cuidada, • Gestión de stock e inventario, • Coordinación y relación con proveedores, • Organización y supervisión de colaboradores/eventuales, • Cuidado y mantenimiento general del truck, • Gestión administrativa relacionada con la operativa del negocio, • Proponer estrategias e iniciativas para aumentar ventas y facturación, • Desarrollo y creación del menú de LA SIESTA CAFÉ, • Diseñar e innovar bebidas especiales y propuestas creativas para cada temporada del año, • Ayudar a desarrollar el concepto, la identidad y la experiencia de marca Buscamos a alguien que • Tenga experiencia previa como barista, • Tenga capacidad de liderazgo y organización, • Sea resolutivo/a, proactivo/a y responsable, • Tenga sensibilidad por la estética, el detalle y la experiencia cliente, • Disfrute trabajando en equipo y en entornos dinámicos, • Tenga interés en gastronomía, café de especialidad y tendencias, • Quiera crecer junto al proyecto y aportar ideas Ofrecemos • Formar parte de un proyecto creativo y en crecimiento, • Ambiente cercano, joven e inspirador, • Libertad para aportar ideas y desarrollar el concepto, • Posibilidades reales de crecimiento dentro de la marca, • Salario según experiencia y perfil
