Nuestra cocina actualmente solo abre para cenas como Brasseria internacional con coctelería y bebidas durante eventos con música en vivo. Responsabilidades Las responsabilidades son: • Montaje y desmontaje de la sala, apertura y cierre del restaurante, • Limpieza de la sala y preparación para el servicio, • Llevar el uniforme limpio y estar preparado para el servicio, • Estar presente durante el servicio, • Conocer todas las cartas, ingredientes y preparaciones de platos y cocteles, • Limpiar mesas, desvarace correcto en cocina, • Sacar comida y bebida en bandeja, • Atender a los clientes con amabilidad y profesionalidad, • Aplicar técnicas de ventas y recomendar productos a los clientes Cualificaciones • Experiencia en restaurantes de más de 100 cubiertos por servicio, • Inglés y Español hablados necesarios Condiciones • Fecha de incorporación, inmediata, • Contrato de Jornada completa, • Vacaciones según convenio, • No incluye vivienda, • Permiso de trabajo legal en España, • Incentivos, • Salario neto pactado, • Todos las propinas compartidas por partes iguales
