Support the openings, closures and renovations of Desigual points of sale (POS), assisting in the coordination and monitoring of construction and design projects. The role focuses on learning and contributing to project execution while ensuring timelines, budgets and quality standards are met, supporting the company’s retail expansion goals. 1. Support in project design coordination • Assist in the design phase in collaboration with the Leasing Manager and Project Designer, contributing to achieving optimal functionality and design of POS., • Provide support in preparing documentation, tracking feedback and ensuring alignment between stakeholders. 2. Budgeting and cost tracking • Support the monitoring and follow-up of project costs, helping to track budgets and maintain updated records., • Assist in administrative tasks such as invoice tracking and coordination with suppliers. 3. Project schedule support • Help track project timelines (openings, closures, refurbishments), ensuring key milestones are followed., • Support the coordination with external partners (suppliers, contractors) to keep projects on schedule., • Assist in identifying potential delays or issues and escalating them to senior team members. What are we looking for? • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design or similar., • Interest in the fashion/retail sector is highly valued., • Fluent Spanish and English (mandatory)., • Basic knowledge of AutoCAD or similar tools is a plus., • Strong willingness to learn and develop in project management., • Soft-skills: proactive, motivated and organized person., • Immediate incorporation
