Our Pharma Division is seeking an Administrative Assistant Trainee to support key operational and compliance‑driven tasks for one of our most procedure‑oriented clients. This role requires someone transparent, reliable, detail‑oriented, and strongly aligned with compliance, as you will support processes that must strictly follow client and internal standards. This internship could be part-time or full-time. 🚀 What will be your Responsibilities: • Support with our digital tools (Cvent, Outlook, Excel) and internal systems management (One Drive) by uploading updated end customer documentation., • Assist with project management tasks, including tracking deadlines and deliverables., • Manage email correspondence and ensure timely and professional responses., • Prepare and review reports, presentations, and other documentation as needed, always following client requirements., • Assist with other administrative tasks that may arise on a day-to-day basis. 🎁 Why MCI?
