Location: Spain / Remote Team: Go-To-Market (GTM) Company: ReshapeOS (www.reshapeos.com) Contract: Internship with a clear path to Full-Time ABOUT RESHAPEOS Reshape is building AI-powered voice agents for the education industry. Our technology helps educational institutions automate and scale student engagement, qualification and admissions conversations through AI voice agents. We’re growing our GTM team and are looking for an ambitious Sales Development Representative Intern who wants to learn B2B sales by doing the real work — prospecting, calling, opening conversations and generating qualified meetings. This is not a “just internship” role. The goal is to identify someone with strong potential and, if performance is strong, progress them into a full-time SDR position. THE ROLE As an SDR, you will be responsible for creating new sales opportunities with educational institutions across Europe. Your main objective is simple: Start conversations with the right people and book qualified meetings for our sales team. You will work closely with the GTM team and get hands-on experience with modern B2B sales tools, outbound prospecting and AI-powered sales processes. WHAT YOU'LL DO • Research and identify relevant educational institutions and decision-makers across Europe., • Build and manage prospect lists., • Conduct high-volume cold calling to schools, universities and other educational institutions., • Send targeted outbound emails and LinkedIn messages., • Qualify prospects and identify potential sales opportunities., • Book qualified meetings for the Account Executive / GTM team., • Follow up consistently with prospects who don't respond initially., • Keep CRM data accurate and up to date., • Work with HubSpot to manage your pipeline and activity., • Use Apollo for prospecting, contact discovery and outbound campaigns., • Leverage automations and AI tools to make prospecting more efficient., • Track your activity and results and continuously improve your approach., • Share feedback from prospects with the GTM and product teams. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR We're looking for attitude and potential more than years of experience. You could be a great fit if you are: • A university student or recent graduate looking to start a career in B2B Sales / SaaS / Tech., • Highly motivated and comfortable working towards measurable targets., • Confident speaking to people you don't know., • Comfortable picking up the phone and making cold calls., • Persistent — you don't get discouraged by rejection., • Naturally curious and interested in understanding how businesses work., • Organized and able to manage a high volume of prospects and follow-ups., • Comfortable working with technology and learning new tools quickly., • Proactive and willing to take ownership rather than waiting for instructions., • Fluent in both English and Spanish — this is essential. Previous sales experience is a plus, but not required. Previous cold-calling experience is also a plus. OUR SALES STACK You will work with modern GTM tools including: • HubSpot — CRM & pipeline management, • Apollo — prospecting & outbound, • Cold calling tools, • Automations & AI tools, • Email & LinkedIn outreach, • Other sales technologies as you develop We'll teach you the tools. What matters most is that you are willing to learn fast and execute. WHAT YOU'LL LEARN During the internship, you'll get practical experience in: • B2B SaaS sales, • Cold calling, • Outbound prospecting, • Lead generation, • Sales qualification, • CRM management, • Sales automation, • AI-powered GTM, • Working with international clients, • Building and managing a sales pipeline You'll have the opportunity to work directly with the GTM team and see the entire process from first cold call → qualified opportunity → closed deal. PROGRESSION TO FULL-TIME We want this internship to be a launchpad into a sales career. If you demonstrate strong performance, consistency, ownership and the ability to generate qualified opportunities, there will be a clear opportunity to transition into a full-time SDR role at Reshape. We care more about what you accomplish during the internship than simply how much previous experience you have. WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE As you progress, we'll look at metrics such as: • Calls made, • Conversations started, • Qualified prospects, • Meetings booked, • Meeting quality, • Pipeline generated, • Consistency and activity, • Ability to improve based on feedback The expectation isn't that you know everything from day one.
