Oferta de empleo: Asistente del CEO (Jornada completa) Descripción del puesto: Buscamos un profesional con experiencia en funciones similares o con titulación en Arquitectura, Arquitectura Técnica, Ingeniería o áreas afines (se acepta titulación obtenida fuera de España) para asistir al CEO en la gestión y coordinación de proyectos de inversión inmobiliaria. Responsabilidades principales: Comunicación, relación y coordinación con interioristas, arquitectos y demás técnicos. Comunicación, relación y coordinación con industriales, proveedores, operarios y empresa constructora. Gestión con empresas suministradoras (cambios de contratos, altas, facturación). Gestión con compañías aseguradoras (contratación, bajas, gestión de siniestros). Relación y trámites con administraciones públicas (Ayuntamiento de Barcelona, Generalitat, Habitatge, entre otros). Gestión y comunicación con notarías y registros de la propiedad. Gestión y relación con administradores de fincas y comunidades de propietarios. Visita de obra y control diario de la ejecución según calendario previsto. Gestión de pagos a industriales, autónomos o empresa constructora. Gestión de certificaciones de obra para la realización de pagos. Control de costos y corrección de desviaciones. Redacción de informes semanales sobre el estado de las operaciones. Coordinación y programación semanal de visitas de obra y sus asistentes. Coordinación semanal de industriales para establecer objetivos y facilitar la colaboración. Atención y coordinación telefónica con todos los agentes intervinientes durante las obras. Otras funciones complementarias que puedan surgir. Requisitos: Experiencia demostrable en las funciones descritas o titulación en Arquitectura, Arquitectura Técnica, Ingeniería o similar. Actitud proactiva y capacidad para trabajar de forma autónoma. Buena capacidad de comunicación y organización. Disponibilidad para jornada completa. Se valorará: Predisposición para aprender y mejorar constantemente. Experiencia en gestión de proyectos de construcción. Importante: Se abstendrán personas con actitud poco proactiva. Una ligera falta de experiencia podrá suplirse con una excelente disposición para aprender.
