Sales Representative VET THE JOB Develop the brand and high-value product ranges within the VET portfolio and pillar (Murcia), in accordance with the established commercial policy, with the aim of increasing customer loyalty at points of sale and gaining market share, to ensure the achievement of commercial objectives in terms of volume, revenue, and profitability. Key Responsibilities • Promote and market the brand by ensuring the appropriate frequency of commercial interactions with assigned clients in your portfolio, based on various parameters (such as billing, client potential, or others), as well as implementing recommendation and/or loyalty tools to achieve the defined annual sales objectives., • Coordinate with Scientific Communication to carry out relevant actions that help develop the brand, achieve greater brand recommendation, and provide more information to Pet Owners., • Ensure the best brand image by negotiating and implementing merchandising materials or other necessary items at the point of sale, ensuring their correct use and managing shelf space to increase visibility for Royal Canin., • Report to the Pillar on current market information, including trends in portfolio activity and updates from other players, proposing promotional strategies for clinics in response to market changes., • Manage the commercial budget and monitor the actions implemented to achieve annual profitability objectives., • Manage collections within the assigned client portfolio, ensuring compliance with defined parameters regarding average collection period, control and monitoring of overdue debt, anticipating financial risks in collections to avoid defaults, and carrying out necessary actions with clients when required. What are we looking for? • Diploma or Higher Education, preferably in Sales and Marketing. A degree in Veterinary Science or a related field is a plus., • Category B driving license., • High level of English (desirable)., • Residence in Murcia or surrounding areas., • Minimum of 3 years of commercial experience in sales of consumer products through specialized channels, and in companies within the nutrition, food, or animal/human laboratory sectors., • Knowledge of the pet care/veterinary sector is highly valued., • Experience with different types of clients., • Demonstrated ability to adapt to a changing and competitive market., • Proficient user of Microsoft Office.
