Naghahanap kami ng isang sales assistant na dalubhasa sa pagbebenta ng mga produktong pagkain na may pangunahing karanasan sa pagluluto. Ito ay para sa pagpapasinaya ng aming seafood store na dalubhasa sa pagtikim ng oysters, sea urchin at marami pang iba. Kasama sa iyong mga responsibilidad ang paglilingkod sa mga customer, mga produkto ng plating, at pamamahala ng mga koleksyon ng cashier. Naghahanap kami ng mga taong may mahusay na utos ng Ingles at hilig sa pagbibigay ng pambihirang serbisyo sa mga customer. Nag-aalok kami ng buwanang suweldo na €1,650 neto, na may tuluy-tuloy na mga shift na maaaring mula 12:00 hanggang 20:00 o mula 9:00 hanggang 17:00. This role requires strong leadership skills, a passion for the CBD. 1 LEADERSHIP AND TEAM MANAGEMENT. -Lead, motivate, and coach a team of three store associates to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent service. -Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork collaboration, and professional development -Conduct regular performance reviews, provide feedback, and identify training needs to support team growth. 2 STORE OPERATIONS: -Oversee day to day operations of the store, opening and closing procedures, inventory, and cash handling. -Ensure compilance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements realted to CBD products. -Implement effective merchandising strategies to optimize product visibility and drive sales. 3 SALES AND CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE: -Drive Sales growth by developing and executing strategies to attact new customers and enhance customer loyalty. -Provide product knowledge and guidance to customers, addressing inquires and concerns in a professional manner. -Monitor customer feedback and implement improvements to enhance the overall shopping experience 4PERFORMANCE OPRIMIZATION: -Analyze sales performance, identify trends, and develop action plans to address areas of improvement. -Implement initiatives to increase store productivity, reduce costs, and maximize profitability. -Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns and events to drive traffic and sales. QUALIFICATIONS: -Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business administration, retail management, or a related field. -Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in the cannabis or CBD industry. -Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business results. -Strong leaderships skills with the ability to insipire and motivate a team. -Excellent, communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. -Knowledge of CBD products, reculations, and industry trends is preferred. -Proficiency in Microsoft IOffuce suite and point -of sale systems.
