We are looking for a Regional Director of Global Sales for Europe & Turkey to be based in our Barcelona Head Office, that will spearhead our sales initiatives across the world for our properties in Europe Division, focusing on our METT Hotels & Resorts, Social Living Collection TM, and Premium Lifestyle brand. This role is pivotal in driving revenue growth, enhancing our market presence, and ensuring our brands stand out in the competitive lifestyle luxury hotel sector. We are looking for a strategic leader with a passion for luxury, innovation, and an impressive track record in sales and leadership within the hospitality industry. Main responsibilities • Develop and execute strategic sales plans for Sunset Hotels & Resorts to achieve revenue goals in our properties in the Europe Division. • Support the hotel sales team, fostering a culture of success, innovation, and excellence. • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients across corporate, luxury travel, and MICE segments. • Manage all Global Sales Offices of Sunset Hotels & Resorts and set clear targets for each market. • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth and innovation. • Collaborate with hotel sales, marketing, and operational teams to ensure a unified approach to brand representation and revenue generation. • Represent our brands at key industry events, enhancing visibility and strengthening our market position. • Deliver regular reports on sales performance, market insights, and strategic initiatives. • Uphold the highest standards of brand integrity and service excellence in all endeavors. Qualifications and requirements • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, Hospitality Management, or related field. • 8+ years of proven sales experience in the luxury hospitality industry, including leadership roles. • Deep understanding of the luxury hotel market dynamics in Europe and Turkey, with a network in luxury travel and hospitality. • Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. • Have a passion for innovation, luxury, and creating exceptional guest experiences. • A willingness to travel extensively. • Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in additional European languages is highly desirable. We are looking for a very motivated person to start with us a new experience in our flagship store Chigabiga in the heart of the Gothic Quarter in Barcelona. The shop is located in a very touristic area and we are searching for very sociable, open minded and salesperson to join us! Skills required: - English and Spanish are a must but of course we will appreciate more languages as our main customers are tourists from all over the world. - Knowledge of art would be an advantage. - Good time keeping and responsible attitude. - Great capacity for teamwork. - Ability to work on weekends. - Great social and selling skills! As an Inbound Sales Agent, you will cater to our valued Dutch clients, creating unforgettable experiences. Your role involves providing exceptional customer service, showcasing our products and services, meeting sales targets, and enhancing customer satisfaction. Your tasks - Answering Inbound Calls: The primary responsibility of an inbound sales agent is to handle incoming calls from customers who are interested in booking holidays, making reservations, or seeking information about the facilities, accommodations, activities, and pricing offered by our client. - Providing Information and Assistance: Inbound sales agents need to be knowledgeable about the various aspects of our client, including its locations, accommodation options, recreational activities, dining options, and special offers. They provide accurate and detailed information to customers and assist them in making informed decisions. - Upselling and Cross-selling: In addition to handling inquiries, inbound sales agents are often tasked with upselling and cross-selling additional services or upgrades to customers. This could include offering upgrades to premium accommodations, recommending additional activities or dining options, or suggesting add-on packages to enhance the customer's experience. - Processing Bookings and Reservations: Inbound sales agents process bookings and reservations for customers, ensuring that all necessary information is collected accurately and that the customer's preferences and requirements are met to the best of their ability. - Handling Customer Concerns and Queries: In the course of their interactions with customers, inbound sales agents may encounter queries, concerns, or complaints. They need to address these issues promptly and professionally, seeking resolutions that meet the customer's needs while adhering to company policies and procedures. - Following Up on Leads: In some cases, inbound sales agents may be responsible for following up on leads generated through marketing campaigns or other sources. This could involve contacting prospective customers who have expressed interest in our client's services but have not yet made a booking, with the aim of converting them into paying customers. - Maintaining Records and Documentation: Inbound sales agents are typically required to maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including details of bookings, inquiries, complaints, and any other relevant information. This helps to ensure that customer data is properly managed and can be accessed as needed. Your profile - High proficiency in Dutch (C2 level) - Thoroughness, autonomy and good interpersonal skills. - You have at least 1 year's successful initial sales experience. - You are known for your elocution, adaptability, stress resistance and you have good oral communication skills. - You have solid commercial skills and a positive attitude. - You are dynamic, a team player and have good self-control. - You love challenges.
