You can find out more about our culture and the way we work here: ABOUT THE ROLE(S): We are seeking two new Senior Delivery Consultants to join our team in Barcelona. They will support the Corporate Governance team in delivering a wide variety of global search mandates for clients. Key Responsibilities: • Participating in the briefing calls with clients on new mandates., • Detailed and extensive market mapping for new mandates to identify strong candidates., • Undertaking a wide range of candidate sourcing activities including direct messaging, headhunting, writing creative job advertising and managing applications as well as using a variety of tools and technologies to identify and engage with candidates., • Directly managing qualifying calls with prospective candidates and assisting the Directors in assessing suitable prospects for follow up calls (as well as helping to schedule these), • Collating and analysing data on each search mandate to help produce a Search Report for each client., • Arranging and running LeonidLive video interviews for shortlisted candidates (a 10-minute video interview that forms part of our shortlisting process)., • Coordinating with the (Search) Project Management team to manage and schedule the interview process, provide feedback and guidance where necessary and assist the team with offer management and other activities relating to the process., • Using our significant tech-stack to assist with business development activities. This might include: mapping the market for potential new clients or interesting candidates, running research projects for salary data or talent insights for existing or prospective clients. WHAT WE LOOK FOR: • Minimum 3+ years’ experience working as either a Researcher or Delivery Consultant. Candidates with experience in the Executive Search sector preferred., • Full fluency in English (additional languages, especially European languages, are well received but not required)., • Strong computer literacy, as we use a varied tech stack at Leonid., • Putting ethics first. This is not an environment of micromanagement, so you should be organised, self-motivated and hold yourself accountable. Work environment We have teams located in London, Barcelona, Nice and Cape Town but operate a ‘work from anywhere’ policy. During your probationary period, it’s important to spend as much time in the office as possible, to learn by osmosis. Thereafter, we typically will WFH 3 days a week, with office attendance on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
