What You Will Do As a Desktop Support Technician, you will provide hands-on support for IT equipment and workspace setups, ensuring smooth operations and excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities • Fulfil materials and equipment requests, • Deploy desk setups and monitors, • Safely dispose of equipment, • Provide desk-side support and troubleshooting, • Manage inventory levels and restocking, • Maintain vending machines (L1 maintenance, moves, planogram changes), • Handle e-waste and donation requests, • Collect IT equipment (terminations, upgrades), • Assist with desk moves, • Liaise with inventory teams, • Perform inventory counts and manage stock levels, • Receive inbound hardware, • Coordinate EMEA shipments, • Experience in logistics, warehousing, or manufacturing (preferred), • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, • Familiarity with inventory tools (preferred), • Strong communication and time management skills, • Attention to detail and organisational ability #IND #LI-CT2
