Описание: The Vall d'Hebron Research Institute (VHIR) is a public sector institution that promotes and develops biomedical research, innovation and teaching at Vall d'Hebron University Hospital, the largest hospital in Barcelona and within the Catalan Institute of Health. • Coordinate and supervise the Talent Acquisition team of three professionals, ensuring efficient, compliant and high-quality recruitment delivery;, • Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, support hiring managers, and ensure alignment with OTM-R principles, DEI commitments, and internal HR policies and procedures;, • Monitor recruitment performance through KPIs, reporting, and quality controls, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement;, • Contribute to employer branding and talent attraction initiatives to strengthen organisational visibility, reputation, and candidate experience;, • Collaborate across Human Resources activities, supporting employee lifecycle processes, HR programmes, and people-related policies and initiatives;, • Act as an HR partner to managers and employees, providing guidance and contributing to a positive, inclusive, and engaging employee experience., • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business, or a related field;, • Professional proficiency in Spanish and English;, • Fluency in Catalan;, • At least 10 years of professional experience in Human Resources, including significant Talent Acquisition experience;, • Experience coordinating teams and recruitment processes with focus on service quality and policy compliance;, • Experience with ATS platforms, recruitment technologies, sourcing strategies, and job portals;, • Excellent organisational, interpersonal, and communication skills;, • Proactive, results-oriented, and highly flexible approach;, • High professionalism, confidentiality, and discretion when handling sensitive information;, • Ability to analyse recruitment metrics and KPIs for data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement;, • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and solid knowledge of Word, Power Point, Outlook, and Teams;, • Knowledge of Spanish employment legislation, job classification and grading, and HR best practices in research environments;, • Experience with employer branding, talent attraction, employee engagement, and broader HR metrics and KPIs;, • Nice to have: Master's Degree in Human Resources Management, postgraduate studies in Selection, Recruitment and Interview Techniques., • Temporary interim position of approximately one year;, • Open-ended contract linked to the project, with possible access to other career opportunities within the institution subject to organisational needs and internal selection processes;, • Remuneration determined by experience, skills, responsibilities, and the Collective Agreement pay scale;, • 23 Days of annual leave plus 9 personal days;, • Flexible remuneration programme including meal vouchers, health insurance, transport, and more;, • Corporate benefits platform with discounts on travel, culture, technology, gastronomy, sports, and more;, • Wellbeing programme with physical, mental, and social activities;, • International mobility support, including city information, guidance on required procedures, access to the International Welcome Desk, family support, and assistance with finding accommodation;, • Practical assessment may include a case study, technical task, presentation, or written exercise. #J-18808-Ljbffr
