At Palatin, we’re hiring for a Frontend Engineer (React). This is a stable, long-term role with direct impact on the design, scalability, and performance of a high-traffic international digital platform. • Location: Barcelona (hybrid work model), • Contract: Permanent, full-time, • Salary: Up to €65K depending on experience As part of the frontend engineering team, you’ll work on complex, high-visibility projects that drive the user experience. You’ll collaborate closely with backend, product, and DevOps teams to deliver seamless, performant, and maintainable web applications in a modern cloud-based environment. Responsibilities: • Develop, test, and deploy web applications using React and Node.js extending and maintaining microservices., • Collaborate on architectural decisions to ensure scalability and high performance., • Apply best practices in testing, code reviews, and CI/CD pipelines., • Work with modern infrastructure (Docker) based on containers and cloud services, ensuring engineering ownership and flexibility., • Operate in a cross-functional agile team with strong QA and DevOps collaboration. What we’re looking for: • Solid experience with JavaScript/TypeScript/React., • Strong understanding of modern frontend architecture and testing skills with Jest, React Testing Library, or similar frameworks., • Familiarity with good programming practices and performance optimization techniques., • Clean, maintainable code and collaborative mindset., • English proficiency for collaboration in international teams.
