We are looking for a highly skilled and strategic Senior Manager, Service Operations – EMEA to strengthen and optimize service performance across the region. This is a senior individual contributor role that requires exceptional influencing skills and the ability to drive cross-functional collaboration without direct authority. You will be responsible for shaping operational best practices, leading key regional projects, and ensuring the long-term sustainment of strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who thrives in complex environments and can navigate a matrixed organization with confidence and clarity. The successful candidate must demonstrate strong communication, problem solving and process improvement capabilities in a commercial environment. The individual will need to influence and negotiate at all levels of the organization in Sales, Marketing, Service and other functions. This position is part of the European Customer Care Leadership Team reporting into the Customer Care Director EMEA and will be remote within Europe. Key Responsibilities Operational Strategy & Regional Coordination • Drive the regional service operations agenda in alignment with global strategies and local business needs., • Assess operational performance across EMEA markets and identify opportunities for optimization, efficiency, and consistency., • Lead through expertise, credibility, and strong communication—despite not having direct reports., • Build trusted relationships with regional leaders, country operations teams, and global partners to facilitate alignment and execution., • Lead multiple complex, multi-country initiatives to enhance service excellence and operational effectiveness., • Drive the end‑to‑end lifecycle of regional projects, managing stakeholder engagement, risk mitigation, timelines, and outcomes., • Ensure the sustainment of existing programs by defining processes, establishing accountability mechanisms, and enabling local adoption. Qualifications & Experience • BS or BA Degree in Business, Science or Engineering required; Master’s Degree preferred, • Mastery of a variety of DBS tools (either Lean or Growth related DBS Tools, depending on areas(s) they support), • 8+ years of experience in Service Operations, Program/Project Management, or Operational Excellence roles, ideally in a multinational and matrixed environment., • Strong track record of driving cross-functional projects with measurable business impact., • Fluency in English required; additional European languages are a plus.
