Under the guidance of the Front Office Manager, you will be responsible to provide a naturally friendly, helpful and responsive level of service to all our guests, ensuring a high level of guest satisfaction. Deal with the arrival and departure processes for all guests, ensuring the accuracy of data in all systems. Greet and assist guests in a warm, courteous, and professional manner. Qualifications What we are looking for... Minimum of 2 years of Front Office experience, preferably in an upscale or lifestyle brand hotel.
