Your role We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive F&B Intern to support the department’s administrative functions. Based at our Headquarters, you will assist in coordinating projects, managing documentation, and supporting the corporate F&B team in executing strategic initiatives. This internship is ideal for candidates looking to gain exposure to the corporate side of hospitality operations. Your Journey Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and documentation for internal F&B projects. Coordinate schedules, meetings, and communications. Help maintain databases, supplier lists, and SOP libraries. Support the team in sourcing, comparing, and organizing quotes and specifications for OS&E and FF&E. Participate in planning and follow-up of F&B initiatives, trainings, and new opening processes. Coordinate F&B information with procurement, HR, marketing, and operations teams to support cross-functional projects. Ensure proper filing and version control of operational manuals, menus, checklists, and procedures. Conduct market research or benchmarking tasks to assist in strategic planning. What do you bring to your trip Currently pursuing or recently completing studies in hospitality management, business administration, or a related field is a plus. Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a high attention to detail. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); experience with Google Workspace, communication, and project management apps is a plus. Good communication skills, both written and verbal, in English. Proactive attitude and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
