Luxury villa in Alaró/Mallorca is looking for a person in charge of the housekeeping department. This is an all year around position. About the role: The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that the villa is always in excellent conditions while either used by the owner or guests. During the season (April - October and Christmas period) two additional staff members will join the housekeeping team. The tasks are: • Cleaning of the interior and outside terraces, • Coordination of the housekeeping department during the season, • Coordination of handymen and technicians, • Handling incoming goods and post office, • Ordering of all non food consumables for daily operations, • Handling in-house laundry and coordination of external laundry We are looking for: • Hard working person with proven work experience of minimum 5 years on a boat or private villa, • Experienced in handling high quality materials, • Attention to detail and highly organized, • Fluent in English and Spanish (mandatory), • Resident on Mallorca What we offer: • All year contract (40 hours/week), • A positive and supportive work environment in a beautiful private setting, • A dynamic and international team of professionals, • Space to bring in your own ideas and to create new routines If you are passionate about cleaning and looking for role in a stunning location, we would love to hear from you.
