Luxury villa in Alaró/Mallorca is looking for a person in charge of the housekeeping department. This is an all year around position.
About the role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that the villa is always in excellent conditions while either used by the owner or guests. During the season (April - October and Christmas period) two additional staff members will join the housekeeping team.
The tasks are:
- Cleaning of the interior and outside terraces
- Coordination of the housekeeping department during the season
- Coordination of handymen and technicians
- Handling incoming goods and post office
- Ordering of all non food consumables for daily operations
- Handling in-house laundry and coordination of external laundry
We are looking for:
- Hard working person with proven work experience of minimum 5 years on a boat or private villa
- Experienced in handling high quality materials
- Attention to detail and highly organized
- Fluent in English and Spanish (mandatory)
- Resident on Mallorca
