Main responsibilities • In-depth knowledge of Valencia city in order to list rental properties in target areas., • Collect and check all required property documentation and sign mediation agreements with landlords while ensuring company commission policy is in place., • Manage client relationships and insure proactive communication with both landlords and tenants, • Deal with allocated clients(tenants) from initial contact until completion and post-completion of the rental deals, • Manage the full rental cycle and offer constructive and creative options and solutions for landlords and tenants in order to close deals, • Keep our CRM updated with clients’ requirements and maintain your personal database up to date and in line with the commercial requirements and activity Requirements • Strong previous experience in the real estate sector.
