Experteer Overview In this role you will drive service sales in the Northwest area of Spain, growing the installed base and selling the full Medium u0026amp; Low Voltage service portfolio. You’ll develop strategic account plans, visit key end users, and build long-term relationships to deliver tailored service solutions. You will act as a trusted advisor, pursue new market opportunities, and ensure financial KPIs are met. This position blends technical service delivery with strategic sales in a cross-functional, collaborative environment. Compensaciones / Beneficios • Drive service sales processes and opportunities in the Northwest area (Spain) • Penetrate Installed Base and promote the full Medium u0026 Low Voltage service portfolio (maintenance, upgrades, retrofits, value-added solutions) • Develop and execute account plans for strategic end-user accounts • Prioritize customer visits to build presence, trust, and account growth • Grow portfolio mix and deliver tailored service solutions to customers • Become a trusted advisor, understanding operations and anticipating needs • Meet or exceed financial KPIs for service sales • Generate service sales leads and identify new market opportunities using CRM (Salesforce) • Build long-term relationships with existing and new customers • Collaborate with teams and continually learn to solve problems Responsabilidades • Engineering degree in Electrical engineering or similar • 5+ years of experience in the electrical segment, MV u0026 LV service • Experience with Salesforce; technical skills in MV/LV; delivering tailored solutions • Knowledge of SAP is valuable • Innovative mindset with ownership and drive for improvement • Proficient in English • Willingness to travel Requisitos principales • Lunch Allowance / Cantine • Company Car • Home Office Flexibility • Benefits Platform • Employee Share Acquisition Plan • Learning u0026 Training program
