The Role As Service Club’s Brand Content Creator, you make Service Club exist and feel real through original photo and video, and through the design and visual craft that gives every piece a consistent, recognizable look. Your work combines design, branding, and content production across formats and channels: campaigns, paid media, social, digital product surfaces, editorial, and physical materials for events. We’ve been relying on stock images and generic visuals, and your job is to change that: you bring us a steady stream of original content and well-designed pieces that capture who Service Club really is, what it represents, and what it actually feels like to work through our partners on the ground. This is a hands-on creator-designer role: you are behind the camera, on the edit timeline, and in Figma and the Adobe suite, with a healthy weekly velocity of new work shipped. You work inside the brand direction and visual system, and you are accountable for the craft and consistency of everything that goes out. AI tooling (Midjourney, image and video AI, Claude Code, Cowork) is a core part of how you accelerate ideation, production, and post-production. We’ll back you with the budget, kit, tools, autonomy, and trust you need to make confident calls, and you bring the results to take Service Club to the next level. What You Will Do • Content Ownership and Multi-Format Design: Plan, shoot, and edit original photo and digital assets including campaign creatives, social graphics, landing pages, emails, and pitch decks., • Data-Driven Iteration: Build creative variants (hooks, CTAs) for A/B testing and optimize layouts based on performance signals., • Performance Tracking: Track asset performance, document output velocity, and share weekly written updates., • Content Drumbeat: Plan and ship platform-native organic content (Reels, TikToks, LinkedIn) at a high weekly velocity., • Trend Monitoring: Flag relevant creative and visual trends in coordination with the Communications Manager., • Offline Touchpoints: Design signage, print pieces, and recruitment kits for physical events and career fairs., • End-to-End Execution: Independently manage camera, lighting, audio, Figma, Adobe suite, and all post-production workflows., • Talent Direction: Brief and manage external freelancers, translators, or creators when shoots exceed personal capacity., • Scale with AI: Leverage modern AI tools (Midjourney, video generators) to multiply throughput and accelerate workflows without dropping the craft bar. What You Need • Experience: 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in visual/content design and photo-video production for brands. Experience in recruitment marketing, mobility, marketplaces, or service platforms is a strong plus., • Strong Portfolio: Proof of original brand and employer branding content (photo, video, case studies) and/or designed assets (campaigns, social, visual systems)., • Languages: Fluent in both Spanish AND English., • Design & Production Mastery: Hands-on experience independently managing camera, lighting, and audio, paired with advanced skills in Figma, Adobe Suite, and video editing (Premiere, DaVinci, or CapCut)., • Growth Marketing & Velocity: Solid understanding of performance creative (hooks, retention, CTAs) with the ability to ship a steady weekly drumbeat of high-quality assets quickly., • Accountability & Mobility: High ownership over asset performance and iterations, alongside a willingness to travel across markets to shoot original, on-site content., • AI Tooling Experience: Comfortable integrating modern AI tools (Midjourney, generative video, LLMs) into your workflow to supercharge ideation and production speed., • Travel-friendly: comfortable going on the road across our markets to shoot original content where our candidates Nice-to-have: • Advanced motion graphics skills (After Effects)., • Prior work designing visual systems or sub-brands, designing for events and physical supports, or prior collaboration with creators or freelancers, prior work in employer branding or recruitment marketing.
