Elaborarás los platos de tu partida con técnica, limpieza y constancia; cuidarás la calidad y el tratamiento del producto fresco, especialmente el pescado; mantendrás el ritmo y los estándares del servicio junto al equipo; respetarás con rigor las normas de higiene y seguridad alimentaria; y aportarás tu pasión por la cocina en cada plato que sale al pase.
