MAIN RESPONSABILITIES: Provide strategic and operational support to the EMEA Regional Marketing Manager for PRO brands, ensuring effective execution of the regional marketing strategy across both salon and retail channels. • Maintain frequent communication and coordination with affiliate markets and global teams to ensure optimal implementation of initiatives., • Develop regional marketing assets, including POS materials and branded merchandising, tailored for the EMEA region collaborating with external suppliers for the production and delivery of these materials, ensuring quality, cost-efficiency, and timely execution., • Design and implement promotional pack strategies to boost brand visibility and drive sales together with the global team., • Proactively address and resolve issues between markets and global teams. Respond to global team queries regarding market feedback, NPD performance, and reporting. Additionally, manage daily queries from local markets, providing timely and effective responses., • Lead the brand strategy for Intercosmo, a regional brand, in close collaboration with packaging, R&D, and other departments, including product development., • Create and share best practices and NPDs postmortem analysis to support successful launches and long-term brand growth., • Hold monthly meetings with planning teams to assess stock levels for RP brands undergoing changes, minimizing SLOBs impact. Required Skills & Qualifications: • 2 years of experience in marketing, brand management, or related roles., • Educational background in Marketing, Business, or related fields., • Strong analytical mindset; data-driven decision-making., • Advanced in Excel., • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills., • Proven experience working with suppliers of POS and branded materials., • Business fluency in English and Spanish. Additional languages such as French, German, or Italian are a plus.
