About the job ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Contact all Suite and Bungalow guests before their arrival to assist them preparing for their stay. Make bookings and coordinate guest itineraries. Recommend all outlets of the hotel to maximize hotel revenue. Build relationships with local vendors to ensure our VIP guests receive the best service all around the island. Coordinate guests’ arrival amenities and personal touches throughout their stay. Greet guests upon arrival and be their point of contact throughout their stay. Identify and resolve all guest opportunities to their satisfaction. Responsabilidades: Como Practicante en RRHH asistencia al jefe de Recursos Humanos en el diseño de plantilla y puestos de trabajo, reclutamiento, capacitación y desarrollo, compensaciones y beneficios, desarrollo organizacional, gestión de la calidad de vida laboral y evolución del desempeño. Las principales responsabilidades incluyen: Colaborar en el aseguramiento de los objetivos, las políticas, estrategias y presupuestos establecidos por la empresa. Apoyo en la recogida y seguimiento de firma de documentación de altas, bajas, contratación, permisos, etc. Registro y archivo de documentación en software de RRHH. Ayudar en entrega uniformidad, placas identificativas, entre otros. Colaborar con la gestión de Recursos Humanos. Apoyo en las tareas de Planes de Igualdad, coordinación de empresas y demás temas de PRL.
