Key Responsibilities: - Provide excellent customer service to all guests, ensuring a memorable dining experience. - Take orders using an electronic device and relay them accurately to the kitchen and bar. - Prepare and serve cocktails and beverages, maintaining the restaurant’s standards. - Listen and communicate clearly with guests to meet their needs, answer questions, and make recommendations. - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area. - Work closely with team members to ensure smooth operations during service. - Learn quickly our menu, be able to explain it and addapt offerings to customer's preferences. - Maintain a quiet, efficient work environment; keep conversations to professional matters, without being loud, rude or disruptive talking among the staff. - Follow health and safety protocols at all times. Requirements: - Fluent in English (both written and spoken). The interview will be conducted in English, so applicants must be comfortable with this. - Previous experience in a waitstaff role with bar and cocktail experience. - Proficient in using electronic ordering systems. - Strong communication skills, both with customers and the team. - A passion for hospitality and providing a high standard of service. - Highly organized, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. - Reliable, punctual, and eager to learn.
