Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and reliable waiter/waitress with bar and cocktail knowledge to join our team. This role requires someone who is organized, efficient, and able to keep up with a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high standard of service.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide excellent customer service to all guests, ensuring a memorable dining experience.
Take orders using an electronic device and relay them accurately to the kitchen and bar.
Prepare and serve cocktails and beverages, maintaining the restaurant’s standards.
Listen and communicate clearly with guests to meet their needs, answer questions, and make recommendations.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area.
Work closely with team members to ensure smooth operations during service.
Learn quickly our menu, be able to explain it and addapt offerings to customer's preferences.
Maintain a quiet, efficient work environment; keep conversations to professional matters, without being loud, rude or disruptive talking among the staff.
Follow health and safety protocols at all times.

Requirements:

Fluent in English (both written and spoken). The interview will be conducted in English, so applicants must be comfortable with this.
Previous experience in a waitstaff role with bar and cocktail experience.
Proficient in using electronic ordering systems.
Strong communication skills, both with customers and the team.
A passion for hospitality and providing a high standard of service.
Highly organized, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Reliable, punctual, and eager to learn.
