We are looking for a friendly, attentive, and customer-focused Waiter/Waitress to join our team. In this role, you will be the face of our restaurant, ensuring every guest enjoys an exceptional dining experience from the moment they arrive until they leave. Key Responsibilities • Greet and seat guests in a warm, welcoming, and professional manner, • Present menus, answer questions, and provide knowledgeable recommendations, • Take accurate food and beverage orders and communicate them clearly to the kitchen and bar staff, • Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high service standards, • Check in with guests regularly, refill drinks, and ensure overall satisfaction, • Handle payments efficiently and issue receipts, • Maintain cleanliness, organisation, and hygiene standards in the dining area, • Work closely with colleagues to ensure smooth and efficient service What We’re Looking For • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, • Strong customer service mindset with attention to detail, • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, • Team player with a positive attitude, • English language skills (very important), • Previous experience is preferred but not essential (training can be provided) What We Offer • Competitive hourly wage, • Paid overtime for any additional hours worked, • Supportive and friendly team environment, • Opportunities for professional growth and development
