Estamos buscando cubrir dos puestos de trabajo, uno a media jornada y otro a jornada completa. El trabajo a realizar es el de "Host" es un restaurante de primera línea, en la Playa de Son Matías. Las personas seleccionadas se encargarán de dar la bienvenida a nuestros clientes y acompañarles a sus mesas, comprobar reservas y realizar trabajos de admisión propios del puesto. Buscamos a ayudantes de camarero/a, para incorporación inmediata, para ayudar a nuestro personal de sala en el día a día para que todo salga a la perfección durante le servicio. Las personas que buscamos no tienen que tener experiencia previa necesariamente, pero si que muchas ganas de aprender y crecer. Los idiomas son imprescindibles, castellano e inglés, no aplicar a la oferta si no se cumplen estos requisitos. Es imprescindible hablar castellano e inglés y residir en la zona, abstenerse personas que no cumplan estos requisitos. Your day-to-day: Support the Restaurant Manager in any required task. Manage reservations control including individual and group requests. Be the link between R&B operations and S&M team. Implement greeting standards throughout R&B departments. Train staff on reservation handling. Liaise with Chef to keep all R&B menus clean and up to date. Assist R&B teams in their specific duties. Ensure service and other standards according to SOPs are adhered to. Ensure cash handling procedures are followed and all paper stock items are managed. Ensure correct closing day procedures are followed. Prepare welcome package for all new R&B team members. Keep all training manuals up to date. What we need from you 1+ years’ experience working within hotel/restaurant. Must be fluent in local language and English, additional languages will be highly valuable. We’re looking for a friendly and enthusiastic Host/Hostess to join our team for the upcoming season!
