The Role of Junior Sommelier: Four Seasons Hotel Madrid is looking for a Junior Sommelier to join our team. The main duties will include: Ability to advise the guest on beverage selection and to supervise the day-to-day wine service. Responsible for selecting and consolidating the wine list by adhering to the budget and beverage cost, the requests of the guests and the concept of the outlet. Conduct staff training on product knowledge with a weekly frequency and work closely with restaurant general manager and chef for product development.
