Platform Manager CDP – Campaign Automation Services Location: Global (Remote/Hybrid) Working hours: 10:00–19:00 (Spanish time) Friday 09:00 - 18:00 Are you passionate about turning data into meaningful, scalable marketing experiences? The environment is fast‑moving, collaborative and international, with a strong focus on enabling teams to deliver smarter, more effective campaigns through technology. 🚀 What you’ll be doing day to day In this role, you’ll be a key part of the Campaign Automation Services team, helping to bring the Customer Data Platform (CDP) to life across global and regional teams. Your days will be varied, hands‑on and highly collaborative, including: • Working with global stakeholders, IT partners and external consultants to keep the CDP running smoothly and evolving in line with business needs, • Supporting the configuration and integration of the Treasure Data CDP, ensuring data flows reliably and is ready for campaign activation, • Translating campaign and segmentation briefs into practical CDP setups, helping teams reach the right audiences at the right time, • Maintaining data pipelines, schemas and audience logic so the platform remains accurate, scalable and fit for purpose, • Supporting the activation of CDP audiences into marketing automation platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, • Acting as a go‑to contact for CDP questions, troubleshooting and day‑to‑day platform support within Campaign Automation Services, • Documenting processes, contributing to training materials and helping to build shared knowledge across teams, • Monitoring platform performance and feeding insights back into continuous improvement initiatives You’ll work closely with the Global Platform Management Coordinator and be part of a wider global rollout model, giving you exposure to international markets and enterprise‑level marketing operations. 🌟 Why this role? • Work with a leading CDP in a genuinely global setup, • Gain visibility across campaigns, data and technology rather than working in silos, • Collaborate with diverse, international teams and see the real‑world impact of your work, • Play a key role in enabling smarter, more effective marketing at scale ✅ What we’re looking for • Hands‑on experience working with a Customer Data Platform (CDP) or similar customer data platforms, • Confidence working with audience data, segmentation and campaign activation use cases, • Comfortable collaborating with marketing, data and technology teams in a global environment 👉 Interested?
