We are looking for an energetic and reliable Bartender & Floor Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible not only for preparing and serving drinks, but also for supporting the floor by clearing tables and delivering food to guests. As a pizzaiolo, you will be responsible for preparing authentic Italian pizzas with meticulous attention to quality, speed, and presentation. You will thrive in a professional kitchen where a true passion for Italian cuisine is paramount. What we are looking for: • Proven experience as a pizzaiolo., • In-depth knowledge of dough preparation and fermentation techniques., • Experience with a wood-fired oven is highly advantageous., • Ability to work efficiently and maintain high standards under pressure., • A dedicated team player with a genuine passion for authentic Italian cuisine., • Residing in or near La Vila Joiosa / Alicante.
