What we are looking for:
- Proven experience as a pizzaiolo.
- In-depth knowledge of dough preparation and fermentation techniques.
- Experience with a wood-fired oven is highly advantageous.
- Ability to work efficiently and maintain high standards under pressure.
- A dedicated team player with a genuine passion for authentic Italian cuisine.
- Residing in or near La Vila Joiosa / Alicante.
