Buscamos un/a Jefe/a de Cocina con sólida experiencia en cocina mexicana tradicional y contemporánea para liderar la propuesta gastronómica de un restaurante en pleno crecimiento en Barcelona. La persona seleccionada será responsable de la organización operativa de la cocina, la gestión del equipo, y la gestión de platos que reflejen la autenticidad y el sabor de México con un toque actual. Funciones principales: • Diseñar y supervisar la ejecución de la oferta gastronómica., • Controlar la calidad y presentación de los platos, asegurando el cumplimiento de los estándares., • Gestionar el equipo de cocina, organizando tareas, horarios y formaciones., • Supervisar escandallos, inventarios, pedidos y control de costes., • Coordinar la operativa con sala y dirección., • Experiencia mínima de 3 años como Jefe/a de Cocina o Segundo/a de Cocina., • Conocimiento y dominio de recetas, técnicas y salsas mexicanas., • Capacidad de liderazgo, organización y trabajo en equipo., • Disponibilidad para incorporación inmediata., • Proyecto estable con posibilidades de crecimiento., • Entorno de trabajo dinámico y profesional., • Libertad creativa para aportar ideas a la carta., • Zona bien comunicada, • Contrato estable indefinido previo periodo de prueba

Grupo gastronomico con sede en Barcelona busca un cocinero/planchista a jornada completa y con incorporación inmediata para su restaurante LA BURGUESA ubicado en el centro comercial DIAGONAL MAR. Buscamos un perfil serio, puntual y con disponibilidad completa. Horarios de trabajos fijos, dos días de descanso.
