El rol: • Serás responsable de que cada nuevo cliente arranque con honei de la mejor forma posible: entendiendo el producto de principio a fin, formándose en la plataforma y quedando plenamente activo y sacándole partido desde el primer día., • Serás dueño/a de la cuenta desde la firma hasta la activación, garantizando una transición fluida y dejando cada cliente preparado para crecer con nosotros. Responsabilidades: • Liderar el onboarding de principio a fin: kickoff, coordinación de la configuración, formación del cliente y go-live., • Coordinación técnica: trabajar con nuestro Technical Account Manager para que cada setup —incluidas las integraciones con TPV— funcione a la primera. Tú eres dueño/a de la relación y del timeline; el equipo técnico ejecuta la parte técnica., • Comunicación con clientes: ser el punto de contacto durante todo el onboarding, dar visibilidad del avance y resolver dudas., • Detección de crecimiento: entender el negocio de cada cliente (locales, volumen, funcionalidades) y detectar oportunidades de upsell, pasándolas al equipo comercial con contexto., • Traspaso a Customer Service: entregar cada cuenta activada con un handoff limpio, según criterios de éxito definidos., • Optimización de procesos: identificar fricciones en el onboarding y trabajar con Operaciones para mejorarlo y automatizarlo. Requisitos: • Experiencia previa (1-3 años) en Customer Onboarding, Customer Success, Implementación u operaciones de cliente. Valorable experiencia en SaaS, fintech o pagos., • Perfil comercial y orientado a cliente: cómodo/a dirigiendo conversaciones y entendiendo el negocio del cliente., • Gran capacidad de organización: llevar muchos onboardings en paralelo sin que se caiga ninguno., • Competencias en seguimiento de KPIs y manejo de CRM (idealmente HubSpot)., • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y gestión de expectativas con clientes y equipos., • Proactividad para identificar mejoras en la experiencia de incorporación., • Español nativo o avanzado. [Inglés valorable / otros idiomas], • Conocimiento del sector restauración o de sistemas de TPV.
