Nature and aim of the position: Oversee the day-to-day operations of our office. Ensure the smooth running of the workplace, support administrative functions, and contribute to a positive and productive work environment. See to General Services in Madrid Office and Support to HR in their administrative functions. Main duties • Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed; Procurement including mobiles, office material, food and anything that is required for work centers nationwide, • Form Handling: Receive forms order from Merchants through call center or e.mail. Process and send on a daily basis. Control and report of amount of forms and other sales material sent in order to no over pass BU target., • Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements when necessary., • Support to all visitors that come to the office., • Support event planning and team activities., • Act as the point of contact for car supplier (Ayvens)., • Support on the management of Yearly medical check-ups., • Support in interviews scheduling.
