Our unique food concept blends Turkish cuisine with Eastern Mediterranean and Middle Eastern fusion, offering elevated, bold dishes from these vibrant regions. This culinary experience will be complemented by a signature cocktail menu featuring premium spirits, and an extensive wine and champagne list. We are seeking a highly competent Mixologist to join our team, specializing in high-end modern cocktails. Key Responsibilities: • Crafting a diverse range of high-end modern cocktails, including classic and signature creations., • Managing and operating a professional bar environment., • Meeting established targets and performance goals., • Contributing to menu creation and development. Requirements: • Proven experience in mixology and high-volume bar operations., • Ability to work flexible day and night shifts., • Available to start in June.
