Call Center Agents
Location: Soho - Málaga, Spain At Solturo Management, we are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Call Center Agents to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for U.S. clients, working in a dynamic, multicultural environment. Strong English communication skills are essential, and additional languages a strong plus. Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound cold calls to potential clients, focusing on lead generation.
Provide information about our services and identify business opportunities.
Maintain detailed records of client interactions in the CRM system.
Adapt communication style to different customer personas Requirements:
Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
Experience working with U.S. customers is preferred.
Previous experience in a call center or customer service role are valued.
