We are currently hiring for three commercial roles with the same leading healthcare technology company specialising in clinically impactful robotic solutions. Open territories include Basque Country , Andalusia , and a National Sales Manager position. Below is an overview of the Territory Robotics Manager role for Basque Country (North Spain) . Territory Robotics Manager Location: Basque Country, North Spain The organisation partners closely with healthcare institutions to improve efficiency, clinical outcomes and patient care through innovative technology and structured implementation programmes. The Role The Territory Robotics Manager will lead the deployment, optimisation and growth of robotic solutions across hospitals within the assigned territory. This position blends strategic account ownership, project leadership and commercial development, working closely with hospital leadership, clinical teams and internal stakeholders. You will act as the primary point of contact for key healthcare decision-makers, ensuring successful technology adoption, high customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships. Key Responsibilities • Build and manage senior relationships with hospital boards, executive leadership and key clinical stakeholders • Lead the implementation and optimisation of robotic solutions within hospital environments • Ensure seamless integration of technology into existing clinical workflows and operational structures • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the assigned territory • Provide technical, clinical and operational support across the robotic product portfolio • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, clinical, technical and operations teams to deliver tailored customer strategies • Track adoption, performance metrics and project outcomes, reporting insights to senior leadership • Represent the organisation as a trusted partner within the healthcare ecosystem Candidate Profile • Academic background in Biomedical Engineering, Medical, Nursing or a related healthcare discipline • Experience working within hospital environments or the wider healthcare sector • Strong understanding of clinical workflows, procurement processes and hospital decision-making structures • Proven ability to engage with hospital boards, executives and senior clinicians • Experience with healthcare robotics is highly desirable, particularly within urology or ultrasound • Capital MedTech Sales experience highly desirable • Fluent in English with working proficiency in Spanish • Strong communication, relationship-building and negotiation skills • Willingness to travel regularly within and outside the assigned territory What’s on Offer • Exposure to exclusive, cutting-edge robotic technologies • High-impact projects with leading hospitals and healthcare institutions • A fast-growing, innovation-driven healthcare technology environment • Ongoing professional development and long-term career progression • Competitive compensation package aligned with experience and performance • Performance-based incentives and flexible benefits If you would like to explore this opportunity, please reach out via LinkedIn or email
