At HAYS Digital , we are looking for a Marketing & Go‑to‑Market Consultant to join the strategic consulting team of one of our partners based in Lleida. Your mission will be to participate in B2B marketing and go‑to‑market strategy projects, leading diagnostics, identifying opportunities, and designing activation plans aligned with business objectives. If you combine strategic thinking, analytical mindset, and the ability to translate insights into actionable plans that impact sales, positioning, and growth—we’d love to meet you! Responsibilities Contribute to defining the strategic approach for each project. Lead and facilitate workshops and working sessions with clients to understand business, brand, customer, and experience using proprietary methodologies. Gather and analyze key information about the client’s context, challenges, and business environment. Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and industry benchmarking. Define buyer personas and buyer journeys to understand customer behaviors, motivations, and needs. Evaluate and optimize the customer experience using methodologies such as mystery shopper techniques and service blueprints. Analyze end‑to‑end customer journeys, identifying touchpoints, friction points, and improvement opportunities. Assess the client’s digital ecosystem (channels, interconnections, integrations) and identify optimization or growth opportunities. Translate data into actionable insights and build strategic recommendations. Identify market trends and industry standards relevant to client challenges. Develop opportunity maps and prioritize initiatives based on business goals and resources. Design activation roadmaps and GTM plans connecting diagnostics, actions, and expected outcomes (channels, content, processes, technology). Collaborate with internal production teams to translate strategies into concrete executions (campaigns, websites, content, automation), ensuring alignment with strategy. Support KPI tracking and results monitoring, proposing adjustments or iterations when needed. Manage client and stakeholder relationships at an operational level. Lead and coordinate specific workstreams within projects. Contribute to improving internal methodologies and frameworks. Participate in the partner’s brand positioning through proposals, research, strategic content, or thought‑leadership initiatives. Requirements Studies related to Marketing, Business, Communication or similar. 2–3 years of experience in strategic marketing, marketing consulting, product marketing, or similar B2B environments (agency, consultancy, startup/scale‑up, or internal marketing team). Proven experience in business and marketing analysis: diagnostics, discovery workshops, value proposition definition, and action planning. Solid knowledge of B2B digital marketing: funnels, demand generation, content strategy, campaigns, basic automation, and multichannel digital ecosystems. Experience in projects oriented to business results: sales, profitability, positioning, and go‑to‑market strategies. Experience collaborating with commercial/sales teams to define pipeline‑focused actions (a strong plus). Knowledge of qualitative and quantitative research techniques: surveys, panels, in‑depth interviews, focus groups, observation, desk research, mystery shopping, journaling, and secondary data analysis (valuable). Languages: Catalan: native or highly fluent Spanish: native or highly fluent English: professional level for working with international consultants and clients.
