Event Manager – Long-Term Campaign in Málaga About GG Golden Goose Events is an international staffing and experiential agency supporting top-tier brands across Europe. We're looking for a skilled and proactive Event Manager to join a long-term international campaign based in Málaga, Spain . This role will be embedded in the client's team and will play a key part in delivering high-level corporate events from planning to execution. About the Role You'll act as the central point of contact for both client and venue, ensuring seamless planning and execution of all event logistics. From vendor coordination and room bookings to on-site management and post-event follow-up, you'll be responsible for the full operational flow. Key Responsibilities • Coordinate all logistical elements (AV, catering, security, transport, materials, etc.), • Handle booking requests, room blocks, and internal calendar coordination, • Provide on-site support: registration, badge printing, guest assistance, • Oversee administrative tasks such as supply tracking and event documentation, • Ensure stock levels are maintained and inventory is up to date, • Act as the main day-of contact for clients and guests, • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and maintain stakeholder relationships, • Uphold client standards and identify improvements or creative solutions Requirements • Previous experience in event planning or operational roles, • Excellent organizational and communication skills, • Ability to manage events independently and proactively, • Strong stakeholder and vendor coordination skills, • Professional appearance and demeanor, • Willingness to work occasional weekends as needed Contract & Schedule • Start date: March 2026, • Duration: 1-year contract, • Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8 hours/day (exact time TBC), • Location: Málaga, Spain, • Occasional weekend work may be required How to Apply: Interested?
