Location: Mexico (On-site) Industry: Traditional Resort Hospitality (Leisure-focused, Non–All Inclusive) About the Role We are currently engaging in confidential conversations with senior commercial leaders for an executive opportunity within a large-scale traditional hospitality platform, based in Mexico, with strategic responsibility across the CALA region. This is a C-level role, with full accountability for the commercial performance of a multi-resort, multi-destination portfolio exceeding 3,000 keys. Scope of the Role • Lead and evolve the commercial strategy across Sales, Marketing, Revenue Management, Pricing and Distribution for a large hospitality portfolio., • Own top-line growth and profitability, with full P&L responsibility., • Drive performance across international leisure, wholesale and B2B segments, with a strong grasp of seasonality and demand cycles., • Define and optimize distribution strategy, balancing direct channels and OTAs with long-term value creation., • Operate at multi-resort, multi-destination scale, partnering closely with Operations, Finance and Ownership., • Build, develop and mentor senior commercial leaders across disciplines and geographies., • Act as a key strategic voice within the executive leadership team, shaping regional commercial direction. Experience & Background Profile We Are Keen to Speak With • Senior commercial executives with deep experience in traditional hospitality, ideally within resort-driven, leisure-focused environments., • Background at VP Commercial / CCO / Executive Committee level, with demonstrated impact at portfolio scale., • Proven exposure to CALA markets, with strong understanding of regional commercial dynamics., • Hands-on leadership across Sales, Marketing, Revenue Management, Pricing and Distribution, including direct channels and OTAs., • Experience managing large portfolios (3,000+ keys) across multiple destinations, preferably beach resorts., • Strong strategic and financial acumen, including full P&L ownership., • Comfortable navigating complex, owner-led organizations., • Fluent English required; Spanish highly valued., • Willingness to be based in Mexico, with regional CALA scope.
