AI Creative Strategist (Video & Static Ads) Location: Remote (European timezone or compatible timezone preferred) Reports to: Jem Bourouh, CEO of Adcubator FZCO About the Role Jem run Adcubator, a Dubai-based Google Ads agency managing nine figures of annual ad spend across 180+ ecommerce clients. We're entering a new era of creative production: AI-generated video ads, AI characters, claymation, CGI product demos, AI UGC, AI VSLs, miniature worlds, isometric product shots, cinematic AI spots, and more. The landscape moves weekly with new tools, styles, and formats that scale. We need someone who's already in this world—not someone who wants to learn it from scratch. Someone who has generated AI video ads that actually scaled, with real spend behind them on Meta and real results to show for it. You'll also need to learn YouTube creative formats (16:9) as we expand there. You'll own the entire top-of-funnel creative strategy for our ecommerce clients. You'll write briefs, generate videos, produce static ads, and iterate based on performance data. You're not a video editor who follows instructions—you're a creative strategist who uses AI as your production engine. What You'll DoAI Video Ad Production (Full Scope) You'll produce every type of AI-generated ad currently working in ecommerce, including: AI UGC / Talking Heads Realistic AI avatars delivering testimonials, product reviews, and unboxing-style content. Tools: Higgsfield, Creatify, Arcads, HeyGen Claymation & Stop-Motion Style Stylized product demos with a handmade, tactile feel that stops the scroll. CGI Product Demos Cinematic product visualization, including exploded views, 3D products in environments, and macro close-ups. Tools: Runway, Kling, Seedance AI VSLs (Video Sales Letters) Scripted, structured persuasion videos with AI narration and dynamic visuals. AI Characters / Influencers Custom AI personas that become the face of a brand's advertising. Miniature Worlds / Isometric Products placed in stylized miniature environments—a format currently trending strongly. Cinematic Spots Short-form cinematic ads featuring hero product shots, lifestyle scenes, and emotional storytelling. Before/After Transformations AI-generated transformation sequences for health, beauty, and fitness products. Meme-Style / Native Feel Ads designed to blend naturally into social feeds rather than appear highly produced. Split-Screen Comparisons Side-by-side product comparisons using AI-generated visuals. Text Overlay / Kinetic Typography Bold, text-driven ads with AI-generated backgrounds and product imagery. You stay on top of what's new. When a new format starts winning, you're already testing it. Platforms: Meta (Primary) + YouTube (Learning)Meta (Facebook & Instagram) This is where you live. • Formats: 1:1, 4:5, and 9:16, • Strong understanding of Reels, Feed, and Stories, • Familiar with hook rates, hold rates, and thumb-stop metrics YouTube (16:9) You'll learn and adapt creative for YouTube Shorts and in-stream ads. • 16:9 landscape format, • Different pacing and hook structures, • Growth area for the business You don't need to be an expert yet, but you must be willing and able to learn quickly. Creative Strategy (Top-of-Funnel, Ecommerce Only) • Develop creative strategies for ecommerce and DTC brands, • Identify winning hooks, formats, and angles, • Write creative briefs that translate brand positioning and audience psychology into actionable concepts, • Build creative testing frameworks:, • Hook tests, • Body tests, • CTA tests, • Format tests, • Analyze winning ads through Meta Ad Library and competitor research, • Reverse-engineer why successful ads work, • Build client-specific creative playbooks, • Understand cold-audience psychology, • Create desire and stop the scroll within 1–3 seconds Static Ad Production • Design and produce static ads (single images and carousels) using AI tools, • Create:, • Product-on-background shots, • Lifestyle composites, • Before/after statics, • Comparison graphics, • Produce multiple ad variations quickly, • Use:, • Midjourney, • fal.ai (Flux), • Nano Banana, • DALL·E, • Use Canva or Figma for layouts and text overlays Brief Writing & Creative Direction • Write detailed creative briefs covering:, • Hook, • Angle, • Emotion, • CTA, • Visual direction, • Direct AI tools with precision, • Know which prompts, settings, and models to use, • Develop libraries of proven brief templates, • Translate performance data into creative direction Example: "This hook worked because X, so let's test Y next." Performance Analysis & Iteration • Review weekly performance metrics:, • CTR, • Hook Rate, • Hold Rate, • CVR, • ROAS, • Identify creative fatigue before performance declines, • Run structured creative tests, • Document learnings, • Build a feedback loop: Data → Insight → Brief → Production → Test → Repeat What You Bring (Hard Requirements)Proven AI Video Ads That Scaled on Meta This is the #1 requirement. You must have examples of AI-generated video ads that ran with real budget and delivered measurable results. Full-Scope AI Ad Experience You've produced multiple formats, including: • AI UGC, • Claymation, • CGI demos, • AI characters, • Cinematic spots You understand which formats work best for different products and audiences. Hands-On AI Video Tool Experience Experience with: • fal.ai, • Higgsfield, • Runway, • Kling, • Creatify, • Seedance, • Similar tools You understand each tool's strengths, limitations, and best use cases. Ecommerce Creative Experience Experience creating direct-response ads for ecommerce/DTC brands. Not: • SaaS, • B2B, • Brand awareness campaigns Brief Writing Ability You can clearly articulate creative concepts so they can be executed by humans or AI systems. Speed and Volume You can produce multiple concepts per day and multiple variants per week across several brands. Strong Bonus Skills • Native advertising experience (Taboola, Outbrain, MGID), • YouTube advertising experience, • Direct-response copywriting, • Motion graphics, • Video editing (CapCut, Premiere Pro, After Effects), • Experience managing creative across multiple brands simultaneously What I'm Not Looking For • Traditional video editors who want to learn AI, • Graphic designers without performance marketing experience, • Creative directors who only create mood boards, • AI hobbyists without paid advertising experience If you can't show AI-generated video ads that scaled with paid spend behind them, this isn't the role.
