Its team operates in a fully decentralized structure, with professionals based in different countries delivering highly specialized legal services to international companies operating in strategic industries. What will your mission be? • Advise international clients on corporate, commercial, and tax law matters., • Manage legal matters and cross-border transactions involving multiple jurisdictions., • Analyze and interpret different legal frameworks to provide tailored solutions for each client and country., • Coordinate and lead international legal projects while collaborating with professionals from different jurisdictions., • Act as the main legal point of contact for international clients, ensuring the highest standard of legal advice., • Participate in the legal and tax structuring of international business operations., • Travel regularly to support clients and oversee legal matters in different countries, primarily across Africa. What do you need to be a great match? We are looking for a senior legal professional with a strong background in international law and extensive experience advising companies in multicultural environments. You will be an excellent fit if you have experience in one of the following profiles: • International Corporate Lawyer., • International Tax Lawyer with experience in cross-border transactions., • In-house Counsel or Law Firm Lawyer with experience working across multiple legal systems. In addition, the following requirements are essential: • Law Degree., • More than 10 years of professional experience., • Strong expertise in international corporate and/or tax law., • Proven experience managing international clients and cross-border legal matters., • Experience working with more than one legal system or jurisdiction., • Availability to travel to Africa for approximately five months per year., • Leadership skills and experience coordinating international legal teams and projects., • Fluent English. The following will be considered a plus: • Knowledge of African legislation or previous experience working with African jurisdictions. What will you receive? • A long-term collaboration under an exclusive independent contractor agreement., • Competitive fixed monthly compensation plus a performance-based variable, according to your experience and professional background., • A fully international position with the flexibility to reside in any country., • The opportunity to join a global, fully remote, and decentralized team., • Involvement in high-level international legal projects., • Fixed monthly gross compensation between €3,000 and €5,000, depending on your experience and professional background., • Performance-based variable compensation, with an on-target annual total compensation of €100,000–€120,000., • All transportation and international travel expenses covered by the firm., • Extensive international exposure, with frequent travel mainly to Equatorial Guinea and Gabon., • The opportunity to further develop your career in a highly specialized, dynamic, and internationally focused environment.
