We are seeking a versatile and experienced Administrative Assistant with a strong accounting background to support our operations across commercial, purchasing, and financial administration.

Main Responsibilities:
Accounting
Process and record supplier and client invoices
Assist with monthly closings and prepare financial documentation
Ensure accuracy and compliance with internal accounting procedures
Commercial
Support sales team with offers, order tracking, and client communication
Coordinate between logistics and clients to ensure timely deliveries
Maintain accurate sales records and reports
Purchasing
Follow up with suppliers and track orders
Help manage inventory levels and sourcing needs
Maintain purchasing documentation and delivery schedules
Profile:
Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar multi-functional role
Solid accounting/financial administration background
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
Fluent in Spanish and English (spoken and written)
Reliable, detail-oriented, and solution-focused
