For the Spanish subsidiary of an international industrial group, we are currently looking for a Finance & Controlling Manager to take on a key leadership role in the organization. The mission would be to lead and ensure the comprehensive management of the Finance and Controlling areas, as well as the administrative supervision of HR, guaranteeing the reliability of financial information, regulatory compliance, and alignment with Group guidelines. The role reports directly to the General Management and acts as a strategic business partner, providing analysis, insight, and decision-making support. The position plays an active role in improving operational efficiency and profitability, combining strategic perspective with strong operational involvement. Key Responsibilities Finance & Controlling • Full supervision of accounting activities and accurate recording of transactions, • Coordination and validation of monthly and annual closings, • Preparation and delivery of financial reporting to the Group, ensuring quality, accuracy, and strict compliance with deadlines, • Preparation of the annual budget and periodic forecasts, • Analysis of variances, cost control, and profitability analysis by business area, • Acting as a financial business partner to General Management Tax • Leadership in tax matters with strong expertise in VAT, • Supervision of all other tax obligations, • Management and follow-up of transfer pricing in coordination with the Group HR (Administrative scope), • Supervision of HR administration processes in coordination with an external payroll provider, • Functional knowledge of payroll, hires, terminations, and legal compliance, • Ensuring well-structured and compliant HR administrative processes Organization & Management • Leadership of a consolidated team of 4 people in accounting and administration, • Development of team capabilities and maintenance of a trustworthy, collaborative work environment • Promotion of digitalization within the finance function and optimization of processes, including the adoption of technological and AI-based tools, • Ongoing coordination with Group Finance and alignment with international procedures Candidate Profile Education • Degree in Business Administration, Economics, or similar, • Postgraduate qualification (MBA or Finance specialization) is a plus Experience • Solid experience in Finance and Controlling within a multinational environment, • Proven experience leading and developing teams, • Experience in reporting to international groups with demanding timelines, • Strong accounting and financial expertise, • Deep knowledge of taxation, especially VAT, • Experience with transfer pricing, • Experience with integrated ERP systems (SAP, Navision, or similar), • Background in industrial or technical B2B service environments is a plus Key Competencies • Advanced Excel skills, • Very high level of English (working language with the Group), • Strong digital orientation and openness to AI tools, • Analytical mindset and results orientation, • Trust-based, people-oriented leadership style, capable of working with senior and stable teams, • High level of autonomy, organization, and business insight, • Hands-on profile with strong prioritization skills What We Offer • Joining a financially solid company backed by a leading international group, • A strategic role with real impact on decision-making, • Stable and structured environment with a consolidated team, • Culture based on collaboration, trust, and quality management
