Location: Sant Boi, Barcelona We are looking for a highly motivated Senior Analyst to join our team in Spain, responsible for a blend of Project Controlling and Plant Controlling activities. This role combines Project Controlling and Plant Controlling responsibilities, focusing on cost control and performance optimization across end-to-end project execution and plant operations. Key Responsibilities: • Perform comprehensive financial analysis and monitoring for projects and plant operations., • Develop and maintain accurate project budgets, forecasts, and cost control measures., • Analyze project and plant performance, identifying improvement areas and cost‑saving opportunities., • Partner with project managers, tendering team and plant leadership to provide financial guidance and actionable insights., • Conduct variance analysis and explain deviations from budgets and forecasts., • Prepare financial reports and presentations for senior management., • Lead financial planning and support strategic decision‑making processes., • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and key internal controls. Required skills: • Strong proficiency in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting., • Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with financial management systems., • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills., • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, cross‑functional team environment., • Strong attention to details and a proactive mindset. What qualifications will make you successful for this role? • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field., • 8 to 9 years of proven experience in Project Controlling, Plant Cost Control, or similar roles., • Oracle ERP knowledge, Professional certifications (e.g., CMA, CPA) are a plus., • Professional fluency in English.
