We are looking for a data-driven professional with strong analytical capability, commercial awareness, and expertise in sales processes, customer data management and performance reporting. The mission of this role is to ensure accurate and reliable sales, inventory and customer data, optimize internal sales operations, and deliver actionable insights that support decision-making across all stages of the sales lifecycle. This includes both recurring operational tasks and ad hoc analytical requests. The main tasks of the position are: Sales Process & Operational Support Manage customer onboarding, including registration, data entry and correct setup in the ERP system Support sales teams with lead management, pipeline tracking and conversion through the CRM platform (Salesforce) Create, maintain and automate reports that monitor onboarding progress, identify bottlenecks and improve time to onboard Maintain accurate customer data and account segmentation across ERP and CRM systems Assist with territory assignment, account segmentation and annual quota deployment Ensure clean, validated and timely sales data to support commercial planning Reporting & Commercial Analytics Track and report KPIs related to sales performance, onboarding, SLA adherence and customer lifecycle metrics Prepare monthly and ad hoc performance reports for sales teams and management Build and enhance analytics dashboards and tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) to support commercial decision-making Execute data extraction, query compilation and analysis to support cross-functional initiatives Maintain accurate, well-documented sales datasets Sell Through & Stock-Level Analysis Monitor customer sell-through results to identify trends, risks and revenue opportunities Analyze customer stock levels to support healthy inventory positions and accurate demand planning Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Demand Planning and Supply Chain to align forecasts, promotions and lifecycle management Develop structured reporting on sell-out and stock positions for business reviews and strategic planning Provide proactive insights on replenishment needs, slow-moving inventory and corrective actions Prepare and present dashboards and customer insights to support joint planning and commercial outcomes CRM & Salesforce Data Management Serve as a key data expert, ensuring Salesforce data is accurate, complete and structured Improve and standardize data entry workflows, validation rules and CRM usage guidelines Collaborate with IT/CRM teams to implement system enhancements supporting account planning, pipeline accuracy and reporting Provide training and support on CRM best practices across the sales organization Position requirements: Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Expert level Excel skills (advanced formulas, Power Query, PowerPivot, macros, automation) Strong analytical mindset with commercial understanding; ability to translate data into insights Experience with sell-through/sell-out or stock level analysis is a strong plus Knowledge of SAP SD preferred Highly organized, process-driven and detail-oriented Effective in dynamic, multicultural and cross-functional environments Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce strongly preferred; Dynamics/HubSpot a plus) Experience with BI/analytics tools (Power BI, Tableau, SAC, SAP AO); programming skills welcome Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) Ready to make an impact through data and commercial insight?
