About Hyfe Hyfe's AI-powered cough biomarker is becoming the standard for objective measurement in clinical trials. We work with top-10 pharma, innovative biotechs, and leading academic researchers, and and we're growing fast. Cough is one of the most underleveraged signals in medicine. We're changing that. The Role This is a senior, relationship-driven BD role at the heart of Hyfe’s commercial growth. You will identify, pursue, and build long-term partnerships with pharma sponsors running clinical trials, through a mix of outreach, conference presence, KOL introductions, and referrals from our existing partner network. This is a revenue-generating role, focused on signing new contracts with partners. You will also manage and mentor our Research Partnerships Associate, bringing structure and scalability to a BD function that is already working well and ready to grow. This role requires persistence, scientific curiosity, and the ability to earn trust with expert audiences over a long horizon. You will know when to talk, when to listen, and when to draw on Hyfe’s deep bench of medical, AI, and data experts. What You'll Do • Own the BD pipeline from outreach to signed deal — managing relationships, timelines, and next steps across multiple opportunities simultaneously, • Own and be accountable for ambitious revenue targets., • Build and maintain strong relationships with pharma sponsors, CROs, and clinical operations teams evaluating cough as a digital endpoint, • Work closely with Hyfe’s medical, AI, and data experts to translate technical capabilities into compelling proposals, and know when to bring them into conversations directly, • Design and implement a scalable BD process: pipeline management in HubSpot, structured follow-up cadences, opportunity qualification, and reporting to the CEO, • Manage the Research Partnerships Associate, • Represent Hyfe at key scientific and industry conferences globally; lead structured follow-up, • Feed market and competitive intelligence back into the product and science teams, • Provide input to Hyfe´s stellar marketing team on customer pain points and feedback What We're Looking For Required • Highly motivated, collaborative, always eager to learn, • 5+ years in a BD, partnerships, or commercial role involving complex, long-cycle relationships, ideally in digital health, clinical technology, CRO, or pharma services, • A track record of hitting or exceeding revenue targets in a long-cycle B2B environment, • Demonstrated ability to manage relationships with scientific or clinical buyers. You don’t need to be a scientist, but you need to be credible in the room, • Experience owning a pipeline end-to-end: from first conversation through to signed agreement, • Structured and organised, with strong CRM discipline and a track record of keeping momentum on slow-moving deals, • Excellent written and verbal communication in English; comfortable presenting to senior stakeholders and making/ adapting presentations, • Willing to travel globally a few times a year for meetings and conferences Nice to Have • Experience selling or partnering with pharma sponsors on clinical trial technology, digital biomarkers, or eClinical solutions, • Familiarity with clinical trial design, regulatory frameworks, or digital endpoints, • Experience managing or mentoring junior commercial team members, • Additional European language What To Expect • Salary: €80,000 base + bonus + equity (to discuss depending on experience), • Fully remote within CET / GMT timezones, • Reports directly to the CEO; works closely with the Chief Medical Officer, • Manage and grow a small BD team, • Budget for home work setup, • Hard-working, low-ego colleagues who take the business and science seriously, • A commercial function that is already generating results - your job is to build on it, not start from scratch How To Apply We’re using LinkedIn Easy Apply. Please ensure your profile clearly shows your background in BD or partnerships, the types of organisations you’ve sold to or partnered with, and any experience in clinical research, digital health, or pharma-adjacent sectors.
