Installation Site Supervisor Food & Beverage Processing (Europe) Location: Madrid, Spain (Primary Base) + European Travel Contract: 12 Months (Extension Likely) Start: ASAP Package: Competitive monthly salary + Per Diem, Expenses, and Accommodation We are working with a global engineering leader in food and beverage manufacturing technology to deliver a major processing systems installation program across Europe. We are seeking an experienced Installation Site Supervisor to oversee process equipment and piping installations at customer sites — ensuring quality, safety, and schedule targets are met throughout execution. Key Responsibilities: • Supervise mechanical installation activities for process and utility systems, • Oversee subcontractors and coordinate daily work on-site, • Monitor progress and ensure adherence to project standards and timelines, • Support equipment installation, pre-commissioning, and handover activities, • Maintain clear communication between site teams and project management, • Ensure compliance with HSE and GMP standards Requirements: • Proven experience in food, dairy, or beverage process installation projects, • Strong technical knowledge of stainless steel piping, process modules, and utilities, • Prior experience in a site supervision or installation coordination role, • Fluent English (Spanish or other EU languages advantageous), • EU work eligibility and willingness to travel across Europe This is an excellent opportunity to work on cutting-edge food and beverage processing projects with a respected international brand, offering long-term potential and full support while travelling.
