Role Overview We are currently seeking enthusiastic and motivated Customer Support Agents to join our growing team and support our operations for the Turkish market. As a Customer Support Agent, you will be the first point of contact for Turkish-speaking customers — handling inquiries via phone, email, and live chat — while ensuring every customer receives a high-quality and satisfying service experience. ADMINISTRATIVA/CONTABLE Y ATENCIÓN AL CLIENTE Buscamos a una persona para incorporarse a nuestro departamento de Administración y Atención al Cliente. Si tienes experiencia en tareas administrativas, gestión contable y comunicación con clientes, y además te apasiona el mundo de la moda, te estamos buscando. RESPONSABILIDADES CLAVE: • Gestión administrativa y apoyo al departamento contable (facturas, albaranes, conciliaciones, etc.)., • Preparación de informes de ventas, devoluciones..., • Atención y seguimiento al cliente a través de correo, WhatsApp y redes sociales., • Apoyo en la gestión de pedidos, devoluciones, consultas posventa y otras incidencias., • Coordinación y apoyo a otros departamentos: comercial, producción y logística., • Coordinación con el almacén para asegurar el correcto envío de los pedidos., • Control de stocks y apoyo en pedidos a tiendas. HABILIDADES CLAVE: • Conocimientos de contabilidad., • Dominio de ofimática (Excel, Word) y programas de gestión., • Buen nivel de catalán, castellano e inglés (oral y escrito)., • Habilidades comunicativas, organización y capacidad para trabajar de forma autónoma., • Capacidad para trabajar tanto de forma autónoma como en equipo., • Habilidades analíticas y multitarea., • Capacidad para resolver problemas., • Se valorará interés por el sector de la moda o el comercio electrónico (e-commerce). Functions: This position, Customer Service Ecommerce (BARCELONA), is responsible for executing the Order to Delivery Process, which supports the sales department and serves as the primary point of contact for our customers, ensuring service level performance. Customer service must follow the daily operational KPIs to analyze inefficiencies and put in place actions to solve them, always striving for excellence in our service level. Essentials Responsibilities: ● Manage customer service activities to ensure excellent service. ● Oversee the order management cycle, ensuring accurate processing from purchase to delivery. ● Work closely with Supply Planning, Distribution, and Finance to achieve objectives and plans. ● Support Sales & Marketing to achieve sales plans, keep information up to date to share and validate. ● Coordinate databases (Customer & material master, etc) to ensure they are correct to avoid complaints, returns, and credits due to wrong data. ● Participate and engage in continuous improvement efforts to drive order process quality and efficiency. Requirements: ● Bachelor’s Degree preferably in business/ or supply chain management plus 2-4 years’ experience. ● Experience in customer service B2B (order to delivery process), preferably in e-commerce. ● SAP (SD) and/or JD Edwards knowledge. ● Fluent in the English language. ● Good knowledge of French or Italian is an advantage. ● Skills in Microsoft Office.
